Legal Manager / Executive / Paralegal / Secretary / Clerk

Duties & Responsibilities should include but not limited to:
  • Able to draft various types of legal contracts and documents
  • Provide legal research on companies or other jurisdiction or as instructed
  • Competent in conducting legal searches and due deligence
  • Familiar with various licenses & permits application and direct dealings with Government agencies and statutory board
  • Be the Intellectual Properties representative of the company in dealings with IP agents and patents filing & registration with IPOS
  • Able to be the legal advisor of the company to provide basic counsel and legal advises on regulatory compliance
  • The head of users data protection officer advising on compliance to PDPC regulation
  • Vet through legal documents and contracts from external parties and provide relevant advise to the company
  • Filed and records keeping and management of all legality issues pertaining to the company
  • Tied up with litigation lawyers if/when litigation is necessary
  • Provide secretarial & administrative support may be needed from time-time
  • Carry out and complete other task assigned by senior management for instance facilitating client/partners signing of contracts & administration
Qualification & Requirements:
  • Relevant Law Graduate either with Diploma or Degree from recognize Polytechnic or University
  • Must be familiar with local Corporate law, Common law, IP law, Personal Data Protection law and Company Act
  • Understand international laws will be advantageous
  • Has knowledge in Corporate Governance and past involved in start-up environment is a plus
  • Experienced in Real Estate law, BMSMA and Construction law will be given priority
  • Preferably has at least a few years of legal practise but fresh graduate is open to apply
  • Legal clerk/secretary/paralegal/counsel are welcome to apply. Fresh grad will be consider.

Technology / Web Software Developer

Duties & Responsibilities should include but not limited to:

  • Researching, designing, implementing, planning and managing software program
  • Create software programs as company SaaS offerings on stretch
  • Identifying areas for modification in programs and subsequently executing these modifications
  • Writing and implementing efficient code
  • Determining operational practicality
  • Developing quality assurance, cyber security and privacy procedure
  • Deploying software tools, processes and metrics
  • Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
  • Testing and evaluating new programs
  • Training users and in-housed staff
  • Working closely with other developers and outsourced vendors, UX designers, business and systems analysts
  • Advising the company pertaining to technology per se matters

Qualification and Requirements:
A degree or at least a Diploma from a recognised institution and a technical background should be required in the following studies:

  • Computer Science
  • Computer Software Engineering
  • Software Programming and Development
  • Engineering
  • Mathematics
  • Electronics
  • Physics
