We are arguably the only if not the rare few listings & search platform in the world that enable “2-way searching system” that enables sellers/landlords to search for buyers/tenants and allows communication between 2 to 4 parties when the system reaches optimum efficacy.

The system provide smart searches algorithm and generate auto-prompting to both parties for possible matches. It also provide buyer/tenants’ agent to input requirements based on their client’s needs and criteria and the system will shortlist possible matches, this can reduce abortive work, save cost and saves time for all counter-parties. The system has multiple streams of income to ensure its sustainability.
We adopt a direct marketing approach through events and direct presentation to our targeted audiences. We participate and conduct regular tech events, roadshow, live-show, talkshow and trade show & exhibition for customer acquisition as well as on-going brand recognition exercises and advertisements.

Duplicate listings: There will be an “Original Lister Seal” indicated for the first sellers’/landlords’ agent that listed the listing hence it’s clear to viewers that subsequent listers are lister in open market listings (With owner verification) which can mitigate the problems in duplicates of listing or even phishing activity. This can mitigate the effect of false listings as well as too many duplicates in the system.

Fake or unreal listings: All listings will be verify to ensure they are real as after all we are advocating “REAL” leads and not competing in volume and quantity alone.

Costly subscription: Our low-cost based on per usage basis separate us from other business models and differentiate us with other competitors out there. Such approach is ideal to a large base of part-time inactive agents as it is more cost effective and make more economic sense to pay based on usage rather than a bulk lump sum payment to subscribe for a year where they do not have a large amount of listings. For full-timers with more listings we have packages for membership & subscription.

Outdated information: Once we matched and closed the listing will be indicated and even reflected live in real time.

Phishing activity: The smart algorithm can also detect unreal phishing leads hence will deter such advertisements in the system.
